I am trying to install PowerBrowse IV but it keeps crashing as soon as I start it. I did download WebKit .NET and it still wont work.

No, it would only have HTTPS as the default for sites that you specify.

I am on it now but wene ever I open a topic I get an error page on the forums.

It uses the WebKit.NET engine, which is outdated, but I am no longer supporting it.
