In futurebb. Some people call it different things.

You can actually change it yourself by going to Admin -> Interface -> Translation keys and then changing the items as appropriate.

Go to administration -> interface -> translation

Open "main"

Find the keys you want (see below) and change the values accordingly. The pages listed here are what they should be if you don't have any extensions. If you do, they're listed alphabetically by key so just go until it looks like you're on the right page.
Once you've made the changes, enter your password at the bottom and hit save. You have to do that on every page. If you change pages without saving, your changes will be lost.
