On one of my futurebb forums, the IP on some of my older posts are my former ips. Does this mean the IP shown is the IP the post was posted from? I thought it shows the most recent one signed in by (but then I could sign in from a restaurant or something and you would have no idea where the post came from)

The IP address is retrieved from $_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR'] which is the IP address originating the HTTP request.

They're probably messed up now because of CloudFlare. You can have the IP passed, but I'm not 100% where it goes.

I accounted for that when setting up CloudFlare and the IP addresses displayed here are correct. However, @Krett12 is referring to one of his own forums which likely isn't using CloudFlare (and besides, only administrators can see IPs on this website).
