FutureSight Technologies is commited to protecting your privacy. Therefore, all information we ask you to provide will only be used according to this policy. Collection of Information
This site may collect only your IP address and user agent for analytical purposes if you do not log in. Once you register and log in, all information you provided upon signing up as well as your IP address will be stored in our databases.
Please note that the payment process for purchased software does not actually go through our site, and is all completed via the online provider PayPal. Information related to PayPal accounts will be sent to our server (the only parts that are stored on our server are the name and email address registered on the PayPal account).
Use of Information
Your IP address and user agent may be stored occasionally for our analytics. Your username, password, and other user information are used for your login on our forums. Any email you provide may be used to contact you.
Storage of Information
The information you provide to us is stored in a database on paid hosting servers. Passwords and other sensitive information are securely encrypted. Backups are made daily by the provider and every few weeks by our staff. Sensitive information is strictly encrypted.
Cookies
This site uses PHP sessions stored on your computer to enhance your experience. Data in these session cookies is only used in a manner acceptable under EU law. No data will be associated with the session unless the user has logged in to our forums. Due to how PHP works, we are unable to disable the cookie altogether for users who prefer not to have one. If you wish to have your session data erased, you may wipe your session, which deletes all data associated with it. You may also disable cookies in your browser.
Third Parties
We never reveal your personal information to third parties except when required by law if you follow all of the rules in our terms of use. However, we reserve the right to send your IP and email to anti-SPAM associations should you be found abusing our forums. Furthermore, we may inform U.S. and international authorities if you are found infringing copyright or other international laws, in which case your IP, email, name, and other info may be disclosed to the appropriate judiciary parties.
